Victim Of Fatal Bergen Fire Identified
Woman was found in a second-floor bedroom, police said.

Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal fire at an Elmwood Park home Tuesday as a woman who lived on the house's second floor.
Valeriya Vezhdel, 36, was identified after an autopsy on Wednesday, said Police Chief Michael Foligno. Her body was found on the floor next to the bed, he said.
The fire may have been caused by an electrical appliance in the kitchen, authorities said, they are still investigating the blaze.
