"Each of the Duke Farms female Bald Eagles who have nested have laid 3 eggs. The original female did it 2009, and all 3 were banded and fledged. Duke Farms Female #2 laid 3 in 2011, but one never hatched. Two were banded and fledged. In 2014 she again laid 3 eggs with all being banded and fledged," according to Diane Cook of Conserve Wildlife.
"Duke Farms Female 3 laid her first clutch of 3 with the original male A59. Only 2 hatched and fledged. Last year, in 2025 with Duke Farms Male 2, she again laid 3. All were banded and fledged. Now here she is again with a clutch of 3 eggs. Let’s hope for another year like last!" said Cook.
