HOBOKEN, NJ — Take the train to tapas? That's apparently what people in the area will be able to do once the new Sangria restaurant opens next to the 9th Street Light Rail stop in Hoboken. The new location posted signage at 800 Jackson St. late last month and posted on Instagram, "Can’t wait to see you guys soon!"

The signs boast the same slogan as the Mahwah location, "Modern Spaniard Cuisine." The seven-year-old Bergen County location touts an extensive menu of sangrias, Spanish beers, seafood dishes, tapas, and brunch.

The location next to the light rail stop has been vacant for some time, after several American eateries held the spot such as Tilted Kilt.

The new location has been teasing potential patrons via Instagram with photos of their dishes. "Dinner Goals: Pulpo a la Plancha," they wrote recently. "Look out for this amazing dish on our menu! Can’t wait to see you guys soon!"
