About Stavola
In 1948, the sons of Joseph and Carmela Stavola founded Stavola Contracting Co., the first Stavola Company. Today, Stavola Companies remain a family-owned and operated business, consisting of four major divisions: Asphalt and Recycling Materials, Construction Materials, Contracting (heavy highway construction) and Real Estate, all located in New Jersey. What started as a company offering basement excavation and driveway paving now has 3 quarries, 8 asphalt plants, 3 recycling centers, and several gravel mining operations.
