N.J. Attorney Accused Of Seeking Sexual Favors Found Dead

A Raritan attorney who was accused of seeking sexual favors for reduced legal fees was found dead Tuesday morning in an apparent suicide, authorities said. Reports of his arrest were made public on Monday.

Richard P. Schubach, 58, of Pine Hill Road, Stockton was found dead in his car around 7:30 a.m., police said. Schubach was arrested this week for allegedly offering female clients a reduced price for his legal fees in exchange for sexual favors.
