At the meeting, ordinances were adopted to:
- conform to new FEMA regulations regarding flood zones
- designate certain intersections as stop streets
- implement parking restrictions on some streets located by commuter bus areas

An ordinance was introduced to borrow $277,000 to make improvements to some of the parks in town. Patch has previously reported that Middletown will be adding security cameras to nearly all of its parks.
