Montclair Man: ‘Road Raged’ Driver Chucked Soda Into My Car In Verona
The alleged victim of a "road rage" incident in Essex County says that a woman threw an open can of soda into his car.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — A Montclair man told police that he was the victim of a road rage incident when a driver threw an open can of soda at his car while stopped at a traffic light in Verona.
According to the Verona Police Department, the Montclair man told officers that he stopped at a traffic light on Mount Prospect Avenue on Oct. 10. He said that while he waited for the light to change, a white car with three women inside pulled up next to him.
That’s when one of the women threw an open can of soda into his car, damaging the interior, he told police.

The Montclair man told officers that the car drove off after the soda-chucking incident, but he managed to get its license plate number.
Verona police documented the encounter and advised him of complaint procedures, authorities said.
