• Nor'easter Warnings Issued In Point Pleasant Beach (patch.com) — Point Pleasant Beach officials are warning residents to prepare now for a powerful nor'easter expected to bring 30 to 40 mph winds, stronger gusts, and coastal flooding into the weekend. Residents in flood-prone parts of town are urged to move cars to the train station lot, secure outdoor items, and avoid driving through flooded streets as full-moon tides may worsen flooding.
