The Wayne Recreation Department, in conjunction with the Carousel of Progress Academy, is currently sponsoring Dance and Martial Arts programs for special needs students of all ages at the Kilroy Lake building (6 Concord Place) on Monday evenings beginning at 5:30 P.M.
