Since it opened, the agency has grown exponentially every year, as they continue to service the Caldwells, Fairfield, Lincoln Park, Little Falls, Totowa, Wayne, and Woodland Park. The agency was started by Stan Hladik (President/CEO), an insurance agent with over 28 years experience. Also, Hladik serves as the West Caldwell Council President. Hladik is joined by Diane Bascelli (COO) of Wayne, who also oversees all personal insurance sales.
