Robber Falls Through Ceiling Into Officer's Awaiting Arms: Rahway Police
The Rahway man was wanted in connection with an armed robbery and tried to hide in an attic crawl space of his home, which gave way: Police.

RAHWAY, NJ — An alleged armed robber was arrested after his attempts at trying to hide in an attic crawl space literally fell apart on Monday, Rahway Police report.
On July 14, a victim reported that she was robbed at gun point by four males near the 100 block of W. Main Street who then fled into a house on the same street, Rahway Police report.
Officers from the Rahway Police Department and the Union County Emergency Response Team checked the home, but did not locate the suspects. The incident was contained to one specific house, although nearby residents were evacuated as a precaution.

On July 17, officers spotted Edson Dorsainvil, 19, of Rahway enter his home at 567 Bryant St. where he tried hide in an attic crawl space as officers entered the home, police report.
"However, luck being on our side, Dorsainvil fell through the ceiling into the living room — right into officers' awaiting arms," Rahway Police Department reported on Facebook.

Dorsainvil is currently being held at the Union County Jail on first degree armed robbery and related weapons possession charges.
