Westfield Community Players Recieve Investors Grant

Westfield Community Players and Investors Foundation

Westfield Community Players has been the recipient of a grant from Investors Bank Community Development Foundation. Established in 2005, the Investors Foundation enriches the lives of New Jersey and New York citizens by supporting initiatives in the arts, education, youth development, affordable housing, and health and human services.

The grant was presented to Westfield Community Players president Steve Lemenille and Donald Mokrauer, Westfield Community Players Director of Grants by Randall Hernandez of Investors Bank. The grant was used to help defray the production costs of WCP’s production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

“On behalf of the Board of Directors, It is so very rewarding to receive the support of Investors Bank in helping WCP fulfill the cultural and community needs for which WCP strives, and it is a great honor to be presented with this grant from Investors Bank. We look forward to Investors Bank and Westfeld Community Players continuing to work together to bring quality theater to our area.” said Steve Lemenille.
