
The Westwood Cardinals (11-8) earned the number 19th berth in the 53rd Bergen County Baseball Tournament following Monday night's seeding. Overall 20 teams qualified for the tournament with the top seed going to undefeated Don Bosco.
Rounding out the rest of the field in order are second seeded St. Joseph Regional, Paramus, Dumont, Emerson, Glen Rock, Lyndhurst, Ramapo, Bergen Catholic, Ridgewood (10th seed), Old Tappan, St. Mary, Ramsey, Waldwick, Wallington, Mahwah, Midland Park, Ridgefield and Rutherford.
The first round of the Tournament begins on Wednesday with the bottom eight seeds competing for a shot in Saturday's Round of 16. All games are played at the higher seed with Midland Park heading to Mahwah, Ridgefield over to Wallington, Westwood travels to Waldwick for a 5 p.m. game and Rutherford looks to knock off Ramsey.

Saturday's Round of 16 will feature a triple-header at Demarest and Emerson High Schools, with a double-header at Lyndhurst High School.
The Demarest games feature a 10:30 a.m. match-up between Old Tappan and Glen Rock, followed by St. Joseph tackling either Ridgefield or Wallington at 1 p.m. Third seeded Paramus takes the field at 3:30 p.m. against Westwood or Waldwick.

Bergen Catholic earned an early 10 a.m. game at Emerson to face the Ramapo Raiders. Top seeded Don Bosco will play Midland Park or Mahwah at 12:30 p.m., with Emerson and St. Mary battling it out at 3 p.m.
The Lyndhurst double-header pits Ridgewood against Lyndhurst at 11:30 a.m., with Dumont taking on either Rutherford or Ramsey at 2 p.m.
The winning teams from the Round of 16 will compete in the May 21 quarterfinals at either Emerson or Demarest. Demarest will also host the Semifinals on May 28 and Championship Game on May 29.
