Carroll has loved playing baseball a and will miss it when he leaves. He attributes a lot of his success to his experiences there, as well.
"I think playing at Westwood has allowed me and shaped me into the pitcher that I am today. Without Coach Yurko and my teammates I would not be here," Carroll said. "Graduating and knowing I won't be playing ball with the 'guys' anymore is kind of sad but I'm so glad I had the chance to play with them all. I am focused and determined to make my career at Seton Hall a success. I can't wait to play for such a prestigious college baseball program."
Carroll makes life difficult for those who hit against him, and he is unique in that he pitches lefty.
Baseball has always been his true love and passion in the world of sports, and it is evident how excited Carroll is to play for the Seton Hall Pirates and how determined he is to make a big impact on the team and its success.
