County Exec, Bedford Hills Supermarket Honor 96-year-old Staffer
January 17 has been declared Dominick DiBari Day.

BEDFORD, NY — Westchester County Executive Robert Astorino and ShopRite Supermarkets, Inc. declared January 17 as Dominick DiBari Day.
Westchester County Executive Robert Astorino was joined by representatives of ShopRite Supermarket’s Inc., to officially designate Jan. 17 as Dominick DiBari Day to honor 96-year-old World War II veteran, a resident of Briarcliff Manor and employee of ShopRite of Bedford Hills.
DiBari has been with ShopRite for the past six years, and company officials extolled him for always greeting customers with his charm and warm smile, whether he is offering taste samplings or sitting at a table supporting Veterans of Westchester County.

“We are thrilled that Dominick DiBari has received this well-deserved recognition,” said Tom Urtz, vice president of operations for ShopRite Supermarkets, Inc. “Having associates like Dominick work for ShopRite is what sets us apart and we feel blessed to have him as a part of our team.”
