Parents, Kids Sue Chappaqua, Teacher Accused of Sex Abuse
They aren't named, according to The Journal News.

Christopher Schraufnagel, 41, a former speech and drama teacher at Horace Greeley High School, now faces a civil suit over alleged conduct for which he also faced criminal charges, The Journal News reports.
The criminal charges leveled against Schraufnagel in October were: third-degree criminal sex act, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree sexual abuse. The charges involve incidents with students that took place at the school, which are alleged to have involved 15-year-olds, and range from oral sex contact to inappropriate conversations.

Schraufnagel resigned Sept. 4 after 12 years of teaching at Greeley. The paper reported that the criminal charges are still pending and that the Westchester District Attorney's Office said he had not been indicted.
The lawsuit details improper behavior with students and accuses the district of negligence for not stopping it. Neither the parents nor the students are named in the lawsuit, according to TJN.

Schraufnagel's attorney said the claims were untrue, the paper reported.
