Police: East Hampton Man Arrested For Driving While Impaired by Drugs
The incident occurred on New Year's Eve morning.

An East Hampton man was arrested for driving while impaired by drugs on New Year’s Eve morning, according to East Hampton Village Police.
Conrad Marisicano, 63, was seen driving south on Pantigo Road with an expired inspection sticker when he was pulled over by an officer near North Main Street, police said.
While talking to Marisicano, the officer noticed his speech was slurred and his pupils appeared to be constricted, according to police.

The officer asked him if he was on any medication and he stated that he had taken lithium, zoloft, and lorazapam about three hours prior, police said.
He was asked to step out of his car and perform several roadside sobriety tests which he failed, according to police.

Marisicano was placed under arrest for first degree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and transported to East Hampton Village headquarters where he was processed.
