Landing's Jump Rope for Heart Breaks Fundraising Record
More than 120 students helped raise money for the American Heart Association.

Landing Elementary School students jump roped their way to raising $10,051 for the American Heart Association.
The money raised through the Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser was the largest amount collected in the school’s 20-year history of supporting the organization.

- Maddy Kaffly raised $600
- Eli Reinheimer raised $418
- Olivia Bifone raised $415
- Kristen Sita raised $355
- Sasha Brennan raised $325
- Jaden Aguilar raised $325
- Sofia Lorenti raised $306
Students secured donations for the Jump Rope for Heart program by jumping rope during their physical education classes. They were encouraged to raised funds online for the A.H.A.
The 46 online Landing School participants raised a total of $7,313.
Each student who raised money received an A.H.A. duck and a duck sticker that was placed on the “Landing Duck Pond” at school.
