• Man arrested on drug charges in Harrison (newportdispatch.com) — A Massachusetts driver was arrested in Harrison after state police say a traffic stop on the Hutchinson River Parkway uncovered about 500 glassine envelopes of heroin. The man faces two felony drug possession charges and is due in Town of Harrison Court on October 20, giving local residents a sense of ongoing enforcement activity along this busy corridor.
