Police: 11 Cars Damaged Last Week
Several communities near Levittown reported damage to vehicles in Nassau County, police reported.
Nassau County Police reported the following incidents.
- Dec. 3: Rope Lane, Levittown; rear windshield broken, two tires slashed.
- Dec. 4: Broadway, Valley Stream; windshield, passenger-side door and window damaged on car.
- Dec. 5: Rushmore Street, New Cassel; paint thinner poured on parked car.
- Dec. 6: Broadway, Island Park; windshield broken with wine bottle.
- Dec. 7: Westbury Avenue, Carle Place; window broken on car.
- Dec. 7: Georgia Street, North Valley Stream; all four tires on car found punctured.
- Dec. 8: Family Court, Westbury; passenger-side morror broken on car.
- Dec. 8: Bedford Avenue, Westbury; passenger side mirror broken on car.
- Dec. 8: Brooklyn Avenue, New Cassel; multiple cars damaged.
- Dec. 9: East Meadow High School; tires damaged on parked car.
- Dec. 10: Old Country Road, East Garden City; car damaged while parked near mall.
