Police Release Photo of Riverhead Bank Robber
Police are searching for a man who robbed a bank Tuesday.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Riverhead Police Department released a photo of the a suspect in the Capital One Bank bank robbery that took place on Tuesday.
Police say a man entered the Capital One Bank on East Main Street and presented a note to the teller demanding money at 2:30 p.m.
The teller gave him money and the suspect fled the bank on foot, police said.

The robber is described as a tall black male with a large build. He was wearing a mustard-colored pullover sweatshirt with dark gloves.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Riverhead Police Department at (631)727-4500 extension 313 or call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
