Candle Making Workshop for Teens (Grades 6-12) at Great Neck Library Lakeville Branch

Teens in grades 6 through 12 are invited to discover the history of candle making and design their own custom creations alongside Chrissy from Curiously Creative candles! Participants will use a fun, simple process of layering vibrant, scented dry wax granules to built one-of-a-kind patterns like tie-dye, ombre, or rainbows. Since no two candles turn out the same, everyone will leave with a completely unique masterpiece.

This hands-on workshop takes place on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Great Neck Library Lakeville branch located at 475 Great Neck Road, Great Neck. Registration is required. Great Neck cardholders and residents can register online, in person, or via phone. Non-residents are welcome as walk-ins, subject to space availability.
