Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of Nov. 3 to Nov. 9.
Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Massapequa area over the past week as reported by police:
- Oct. 31: Someone reported that an unknown person damaged the front glass window at a home on Carnation Drive in Farmingdale.
- Nov. 1: A woman reported that someone stole her wallet from her unattended backpack while at AHRC on Washington Avenue in Plainview.
- Nov. 2: A man reported that someone damaged his car that was parked on Manor Street in Plainview.
- Nov. 3: A woman reported that someone broke the back window of her car on Kinsella Avenue and May Place in Massapequa Park.
- Nov. 4: A person reported that someone broke the front glass window at Jims Stogies on Main Street in Farmingdale.
- Nov. 6: A man reported that someone broke into his car and stole two vape pens, two vape tanks and a Calvin Klein suit on Roger Lane in Massapequa Park.
- Nov. 6: A man reported that someone rummaged through the center console and glove compartment of his car on 1st Avenue in Massapequa Park.
- Nov. 6: Someone was arrested for shoplifting from Kohl's on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa.
- Nov. 7: A man reported that someone keyed his car causing damage at the 7-Eleven on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa.
