Power Restoration Continues Monday In Mid-Hudson Valley
Henri certainly did not cause the massive amount of power outages as in previous weather events.
HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Compared to previous hurricanes and tropical storms, the Hudson Valley fared pretty well as far as outages are concerned.
As of Monday around 11 a.m., there are only a couple thousand customers without electricity around the region.
In Central Hudson territory, there are a little more than 2,100 customers waiting for the power to come back on.

Hardest hit is Philipstown in Putnam County where almost 1,500 customers don't have electricity. The estimated time for restoration is 1:30 p.m. Monday.
The town of Ulster and the city of Kingston each have more than 100 outages. Ulster's restoration is pending, while Kingston's is estimated to be 2 p.m. Monday.

In Dutchess County, East Fishkill, Fishkill and Hyde Park have scattered outages, with restoration estimated for midafternoon Monday.
For NYSEG customers, there are 111 Westchester customers — in Bedford and Pound Ridge — without power.
The town of Carmel in Putnam County is where more than 500 NYSEG customers are waiting for electricity to come back.
There are just a handful of Dover residents in Dutchess County hoping for a quick restoration of power.
And in Orange County, O&R is working on getting more than 230 customers back online before 3 p.m., according to estimates.
