Get an early start on holiday shopping. A fall craft festival will be held on the grounds of the Havens House at the Shelter Island Historical Society headquarters. There will be marionnettes, jewelry, hand sewn and crocheted clothing, ornaments, stained glass and more. There will be children's activities, including pumpkin painting, from noon to 3 p.m.
