Greenport Teacher, Coach to Run For Village Trustee
The election will be held in March 2015.

Greenport High School teacher and football coach, Jack Martilotta, announced recently that he will be running for Greenport village trustee in the 2015 election, according to SoutholdLocal.
“I feel that it’s important in our democracy to participate, and in doing so, we make the institution stronger. Also, Greenport is such a great place to live and raise a family, I would like to ensure that the village continues to thrive, yet maintain its charm,” Martilotta told SoutholdLocal.
Martilotta, who has lived with his wife and three children in Greenport for over six years, hopes to ‘open up Mitchell Park to events as soon as humanly possible,” according to SoutholdLocal.
