Police: Greenport Man Arrested For Driving Drunk With Suspended License
The man was pulled over after making a left hand turn signal while turning right on Broad St.

A Greenport man was arrested for driving drunk with a suspended license in Greenport on Sunday afternoon, according to Southold Town Police.
A Southold police officer saw Ryan Beckley, 35, come into his lane of travel and make a left hand turn signal when turning right onto Broad Street, police said.

Beckley was stopped and showed signs of intoxication, according to police.
He was issued field sobriety checks which he failed, according to police.

A DMV check also showed Beckley to have a suspended license, police said.
He was arrested for DWI, third degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to maintain lane and other uniform traffic tickets and was lodged to await arraignment, police said.
