Pregnant Woman, Passenger Sent to Hospital After Crash
The accident occurred in Peconic on Monday afternoon.

A pregnant woman and another passenger were sent to Eastern Long Island Hospital in Greenport after an accident on Route 48 in Peconic on Monday afternoon, according to The Suffolk Times.
A white Isuzu Rodeo SUV rear-ended a red minivan which had stopped for a school bus which was unloading passengers near Wesnofske’s North Fork Farm Stand around 3 p.m., The Suffolk Times reports.
The driver of the SUV, who is nine months pregnant, and a passenger in the minivan were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries, according to The Suffolk Times.
