Northport Basketball Player Honored for Season

Northport basketball player Lukas Jarrett was recognized for his performance during the 2014-2015 winter season.
Jarrett was given second-team All-Long Island honors by Newsday.

In the longest boys basketball playoff game in Long Island history, Northport defeated Huntington 96-89 and Jarrett led the way with 41 points in the Section 11 Class AA quarterfinals, New York State Sportswriters Association reported.
Jarret, a junior, will return to play for the Tigers next season, according to Andrew Wroblewski.
