Creatively Showing Gratitude at Edna Louise Spear Elementary
Students participate in Thanksgiving Day Creative Celebration.

For the second year in a row, Edna Louise Spear Elementary School students participated in Sen. Kenneth LaValle’s annual Thanksgiving Day Creative Celebration.
Guided by the theme of “What are you thankful for?” the Port Jefferson students used their imaginations to draw photos and write poems and essays on the subject.
All of the students’ submissions will be included in the senator’s Thanksgiving showcase and on his website.
