"[Jenna] was a beautiful, hard-working, intelligent teenager who strived to create a good life for herself, despite obstacles that may have come her way," Keuler wrote. "She did not deserve the fate she suffered at the hands of someone so careless and negligent in their actions. Jenna will be remember [sic] always and loved for the wonderful person she was."
