See Handel's Messiah in Port Washington
The performance takes place Sunday at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church.

On Sunday, Dec. 21 at 4:30 p.m. the choir of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Port Washington will present its annual performance of Handel’s Messiah.
Backed by a live orchestra, scheduled soloists include Maria Whisenend, soprano; Deborah Berruete-Fuhrman, mezzo-soprano; David Reck, tenor; and Daniel Klein, bass.
St. Stephen’s minister of music, Mark van Schenkhof of Port Washington, will conduct the St. Stephen’s choir. The church is located off Main Street at Carlton Ave. across fro the Port Washington Library.

Admission is free, but space is limited. Audience members are encouraged to arrive early for best seating.
