Yummy Gyro Opens in Port Washington

Port Washington has a new restaurant in town. Yummy Gryo, at 82 Main Street, is now open for business.

Serving up Mediterranean cuisine, the eatery features beef as well as lamb burgers, soups, hero melts, spinach pies, gyro and souvlaki platters, pita pizzas, seafood platters, salads and wraps. Also available, a choice of desserts, including homemade baklava.

Prices range from $5.95 for a burger to $21.95 for a lamb chop platter.

The restaurant also has a location in Williston Park, according to the company’s website.
