Wines by Nature, a Wine and Spirits shop, opens in Wading River.
Wines by Nature, a boutique wine shop focused on small sustainable producers from around the globe, has opened in Wading River at The Shoppes at East Wind.
Owner George Eldi is a veteran of 17 years in the wine business, with 11 years of experience prior in the restaurant business. He is championing small, family run producers of wines and spirits. They believe Mother Nature should have the say in the taste of the wine, not a marketing group or a chemist.
With Wading River as the gateway to Long Island’s wine country, they also feature wines and spirits from top local estates of the region. Working with Lenn Thompson, of The Cork Report, they are compiling the "who’s who" of New York State. Both George and Lenn will be conducting wine tastings and seminars to further the discovery of wine and how it relates to food.

Friday, July 28th from 6:00PM to 9:00PM is our Grand Opening Tasting, featuring many wines, as well as cheeses from our neighbor shoppe, Cheese & Spice Market.
