Lake Grove Man Dies of Injuries Sustained in Crash Last Week
The Sachem graduate had been hospitalized since accident on March 17.

A 21-year-old Lake Grove man has died from injuries sustained in a single-car crash last week, police said Tuesday.
Gregory Watson had been at Stony Brook University Hospital since the accident in Lake Grove.
Watson was driving a 1999 Nissan SX south on Hawkins Avenue when he apparently lost control of the vehicle and struck a pole at the intersection of Terry Avenue at about 1:35 p.m. on March 17.

Ronkonkoma firefighters needed to remove the roof of the Nissan in order to free Watson, who graduated from Sachem High School North in 2012.
