Police: Man Arrested For DWI, Resisting Arrest on Christmas Eve
The man was arrested on CR-39 in Southampton.

State Police arrested a Mastic man on a felony DWI charge and resisting arrest on Christmas Eve in Southampton according to police.
Saul Ochoa-Ramos, 32, was stopped for a traffic violation on CR-39 in the Town of Southampton, according to police.
Investigation revealed Ochoa-Ramos to be intoxicated, police said.

He was processed without incident and held for arraignment at the Southampton Town Court.
