Choose from starters including roasted butternut squash bisque, seared scallops or winter beet and goat cheese salad. Entrée options include filet mignon, pan-seared rockfish, maple-glazed pork ribeye or vegetarian wild mushroom risotto. Finish with apple cider cheesecake or warm cranberry-orange bread pudding.

This class is designed for both curious beginners and those looking to refine their understanding of the game.
Led through expert instruction and relaxed, table-side practice, guests will gain the confidence to begin playing while enjoying the camaraderie, conversation, and timeless appeal that have made Mahjong such a cherished pastime.

Each wine dinner features a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, with individually plated dishes paired with distinctive wines selected to complement every course. Set against the coastal beauty of the Outer Banks, these elevated dinners celebrate inspired cuisine, exceptional wine, and memorable hospitality.
Discover the vibrant character of Spanish winemaking through a curated selection showcasing the diversity of Spain’s celebrated wine regions. From lively Cava and expressive aromatic whites to distinctive Bobal and a rich Garnacha-based red, each wine is thoughtfully paired to complement the evening’s courses and celebrate the unique varietals, terroir, and winemaking traditions of Spain. Players will leave with practical strategies they can immediately incorporate into their games.
You'll also explore the finer points of Mahjong etiquette, table manners, and best practices for enjoyable and confident play. Through guided discussion and hands-on practice, players will sharpen their instincts, strengthen their understanding of the game, and gain a new perspective on the strategy behind every move. Inspired by the landscapes, textures, and stories of the coast, Molly brings a distinct perspective and creative practice to the experience.
Ceramic artist Claire McCarty creates distinctive works that bring together the tactile beauty of handmade pottery and the organic forms of found natural elements. Inspired by the coastal landscape, her practice celebrates the textures, shapes, and quiet details found along the shoreline and the beauty of the ordinary in daily life.
In her workshops, Claire invites guests to look at familiar coastal treasures in a new way, transforming shells, driftwood, and other found objects into one-of-a-kind works of art. Through hands-on exploration and thoughtful craftsmanship, she reveals the creative possibilities hidden within the natural world.
Claire will be instructing 4 different workshops over the weekend. Each class has a very limited number of spots available to the public.
