• Man pleads guilty to reckless driving on Atlantic Ave in VB (wavy.com) — A man has been sentenced after doing burnouts and donuts on Atlantic Avenue near the Virginia Beach oceanfront, leaving heavy tire marks outside Arbuckle’s Bar & Grill. Kyle Matthews pleaded guilty to reckless driving and received a fully suspended 365-day jail term, a six-month license suspension, required ASAP program completion, and a $250 fine, contingent on a year of good behavior.
