Staff at NC Spices in Greenville and other locals describe heartbreaking footage, urge financial support for relief efforts, and note that hundreds remain missing as rescue work continues.
3. Greenville man faces assault, false imprisonment charges (wcti12.com) — Greenville readers should know a local man is being held without bond after Pitt County deputies arrested him in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident. Authorities say the 32-year-old is charged with multiple offenses, including assault by strangulation and false imprisonment, and is scheduled for a court appearance following his detention at the Pitt County Detention Center.
