The Landmark Breaks Ground, Amazon Store Opens: Bucks Business Briefs
Officials break ground on new Dublin project; Capital Grille now taking reservations; and Restaurant Week spotlights Yardley eateries.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — It continues to be a busy summer on the business front in Bucks County.
In Dublin Borough, officials and developers gathered to break ground last week on the Landmark at Dublin, a two building, mixed use complex in the heart of the town. Two new four-story buildings with luxury apartments on the upper floors and retail on the main floor are scheduled to open in 2025.
This week, Bensalem is celebrating the opening of the state's third Amazon Fresh grocery store while Wrightstown Township is welcoming Skip's, a new takeout chicken sandwich shop at Durham and Penns Park roads.

Ground Is Broken On The Landmark At Dublin
The Landmark at Dublin is coming to Main Street in 2025. Dublin Borough officials joined Keystone Partners Group, Suburban City Group, and Milex Construction on Friday in breaking ground on two new four story buildings in the heart of the borough. The Landmark at Dublin, which project officials are calling “a new era in luxury living,” will feature 78 fully managed, high-end luxury apartments on the top three floors and 15,000-square-feet of retail space on the first floor when it opens next year. Opening Of The Capital Grille Just Weeks Away
The Capital Grille, a high-end steakhouse known for its dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood and world-class wine lists, is just weeks away from opening its doors in Bucks County. Following an extensive renovation project that has seen the complete transformation of the former Pier One imports store at the Village at Newtown Shopping Center into a world class fine dining establishment, the restaurant is scheduled to open on Monday, Sept. 9 at 4 p.m. “We’re excited to get the doors open,” said Bucks County native and Capital Grille Managing Partner Michael Callahan. “We’re looking forward to having our dining rooms full and delivering memorable experiences.” Click here to read the Patch story.

Ribbon-cutting Welcomes New Amazon Fresh Store
The third Amazon Fresh store in Pennsylvania opens on August 22 in Bensalem Township. A ribbon-cutting ceremony officially welcomed the new 42,000-square-foot grocery store at 1837 Street Rd. The new store features the company's latest brick-and-mortar design unveiled last year in select Chicago and Southern California stores. Customers can expect to find a wide selection of national brands, high-quality produce, and protein, as well as Amazon’s private label brands like Aplenty, Fresh Brand, and 365 by Whole Foods Market—all at great low prices. Customers can take advantage of fast grocery delivery and pickup options, while also enjoying ways to make grocery shopping in-store more convenient, like the Amazon Dash Cart and Amazon One. Yardley Restaurant Week Features Fine Dining, Specials
It's a culinary celebration. Yardley Restaurant Week, which started Monday, continues through Sunday, featuring old favorites and new kids on the block in the borough's vibrant food scene. Experience Yardley invites locals and visitors alike to explore the participating restaurants, bars, and eateries which are offering exclusive specials and specially curated menus. Whether you're looking to try a new spot or enjoy an old favorite, Yardley Restaurant Week has something for everyone, organizers said. With options ranging from breakfast to lunch, dinner, cocktails, and desserts, diners will have the opportunity to treat themselves throughout the week. Chicken Sandwich Shop Opens In Wrightstown
After months of planning, preparations and an extensive renovation project, Skip’s Wrightstown opened its doors for business on Monday inside the former Wrightstown Country Store at Route 413 and Penns Park Road. Chicken lovers can now enjoy Skip’s famous Lancaster County fried chicken sandwiches, tenders and loaded fries right here in Bucks County. The new eatery is owned and operated by Dan Cruz of Wrightstown and his brother Jeremy of Newtown who inked a deal earlier this year with Skip and Marcus Stoltzfus to bring their popular chicken sandwiches to Bucks County. Skip and Marcus own and operate Skip’s Food Truck, which has built a large following at events throughout Lancaster County. Click here to read the Patch article.
