VIDEO: Cops Save Man Who Shot Heroin On SEPTA Bus, Passed Out
A man who injected heroin on a SEPTA bus in Delaware County and then passed out was saved by local police, who used Narcan to revive the 25-year-old.
The incident, which happened Thursday, was captured on surveillance video, serving as a shocking reminder of the unfortunate heroin epidemic that is plaguing the region.
