Cold, Snow, Thunder, Now Flooding: 3 Days Of Wild Weather

First it was brutally cold. Then it snowed, followed by sleet and ice. Then it poured, with a severe thunderstorm warning.

Now, there are fears of flooding.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Advisory in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Monroe, Northampton and Philadelphia counties, effective until 4:45 p.m.
