MOD Pizza is just the latest in many restaurants and eateries that are planning to open in the shopping center, which is currently undergoing renovations. The restaurant has not yet filed an application with the township, said Township Manager Micah Lewis.
Just Wednesday, the Newtown Township Board of Supervisors approved Chipotle's application for a restaurant in the shopping center.
Other upcoming additions to the shopping center include Melt Shop, a drive-through Starbucks, Factory Donuts, Naked Chocolate, and Nina's Waffles.
Turning Point, a breakfast and lunch eatery, opened earlier this month.
