Elmwood Zoo Offering Free Admission To Government Employees

NORRISTOWN, PA — As the shutdown rages on, Elmwood Zoo is offering free admission to government employees and up to three guests.

To enter, employees must show a federal government identification card or badge at the Zoo's Gest Admissions window.

The offer cannot be redeemed for online purchases, only in person.

The federal shutdown entered its 34th day on Thursday, and showed no signs of coming to a resolution.
