• New irons, attitude turned Saucon's Albano into District 11 golf championship (mcall.com) — Northampton High School golfers made a strong showing at the District 11 championships, with Andrew Eberts winning a playoff to qualify for states and Courtney Edwards finishing among the top girls in the subregional. The tournament at Steel Club in Hellertown and Frosty Valley in Danville also highlighted Saucon Valley's Anthony Albano and Southern Lehigh's Lexi Miller as individual standouts heading to the PIAA championships.
