WARMINSTER, PA —Business was big news in the township in 2023.
From Tesla planning to open Bucks County's first dealership to Arby's plans for its famous roast beef to be offered sometime next year, the township saw a lot of activity on the business front.
That included Mike's Bar and Grill reopening under a new name and ownership and Perkins closing after 40 years in the township.

Drake Motors Partners planned to open Bucks County's first Tesla dealership at the old Pathmark property on York Road by the end of 2023.
The former Mike's Bar and Grill was closed on York Road for nearly a year.
The longtime business on York Road closed in late October after serving breakfast. Employees were told before lunch that the business was sold.
