• Yardley Senior Services: Club Dues, Timetable and Rides (lowerbuckstimes.com) — If you're 55 or older in the Yardley/Lower Makefield area, a busy weekly schedule of cards, classes, line dancing, and trips runs out of the Lower Makefield Community Center, though Yardley Borough residents pay higher dues. The piece also explains how to access county senior centers, ride services, the Yardley-Makefield library, township pool discounts, and warns that a local seniors' email list was recently compromised.

• Big Oak and Makefield Roads Signal Project Is Finished (lowerbuckstimes.com) — Lower Makefield has finished a major traffic-signal upgrade at Big Oak and Makefield roads, adding new mast arms, crosswalks, countdown timers, and emergency pre-emption near Pennwood and Boehm middle schools. Funded largely by a state red-light enforcement grant that also retimed signals at Yardley-Newtown, Mirror Lake, and Creamery roads, the project now heads into final payments at Wednesday night's supervisors meeting.
