- 2 Brothers Killed In Cranston House Fire Identified By Police: Cranston police on Thursday identified the two men who died in a February house fire on Whitewood Drive. Jeremiah, 80, and Andrew Jeremiah, 86, died in a house fire in February. The men were brothers and lived together.
- Neglect A Factor In 1-Year-Old Cranston Infant's Death: DCYF: Neglect was determined to be a contributing factor in the death of an infant from Cranston, the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) said Friday.
- Rhode Island State Police Looking For I-95 Shooting Suspect: State police said someone shot several rounds into a black Mercedes while driving on the highway. Two of the rounds struck the driver.
