(add)ventures Elevates Talent on Design Team

Providence, R.I. (September 25, 2017) – New England-based multidisciplinary brand culture and communications firm (add)ventures announced exciting growth on its design team today. Carli Kabilyo advances to assistant director, design/branding and Meagan Driscoll joins as specialist, branding/design. Both team members live in Providence.

As assistant director, design/branding, Kabilyo works with design, strategy and content teams to transform strategic marketing objectives into big-picture creative solutions. She helps with the development and direction of creative projects that communicate and sell client partner products and solutions.

In her previous role as manager, design/branding, Kabilyo enhanced brand messaging for client partners in the financial, medical, educational and retail markets through thoughtful design compilation and layout. Since joining (add)ventures in 2011, she has managed the firm’s design internship program, which includes conducting outreach to colleges and universities, identifying qualified candidates and mentoring interns throughout their experience.

As specialist, design/branding, Driscoll assists with the development of illustrated design concepts for advertising and marketing projects and campaigns. She collaborates with strategy and creative teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines for a mix of brochures, publications, advertisements and websites.

Prior to joining (add)ventures, Driscoll gained experience as a designer for Good Housekeepingä Magazine where she worked with creative directors to design and lay out marketing materials, in-book pages and advertorial mock-ups. Her role was instrumental in supporting the organization’s marketing team through event material preparation and coordination. Driscoll holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from St. John’s University.
