Hickory Run is a neighborhood at the corner of Brushy Creek Road and Old Pendleton Road in Easley. It is in Wren school district, and convenient to Powdersville (I-85) and Easley. There are approximately 135 houses in the neighborhood, built between 2000 and 2008, and the square footage ranges from 1261 to 2455, per tax records.
Hickory Run offers two different lifestyles - one section known as The Bluff, and another called The Meadows. The entire neighborhood offers a junior-olympic sized community pool with bath house, and has a $360/yr HOA fee to maintain the pool and the entryways. The Meadows also features smaller lots and community maintenance - advertised as "Charleston style living." For this yard maintenance, you pay an additional $65/mo.

In the last year, 4 homes have sold in Hickory Run, for $132,000 to $153,000. The average sales price was $83.08 per square foot. None of these were foreclosures. There are currently 9 homes listed between $122,500 and $181,000. None of these are REOs (real estate owned by banks). There is one REO in the neighborhood currently, but it is not listed for sale.
